More Good News

So we met with the Wife’s epileptologist this morning and she was VERY impressed with the Wife’s recovery, also given all the data collected she doesn’t think its unreasonable that she might (MIGHT, nothing is 100%) make a full recovery and live seizure free and medication free.

Nothing is certain, but given that she was having several seizures a week, she thinks the drug taper will go smoothly (as if she goes a month without ill effects, its a pretty good indicator things are running smooth) and she wants us to start tapering in early March.

Oh and the Mrs. worked full-time all week, and it went very well! Good news, Good news!

Weer’d don’t take this the wrong way, but “epileptologist” sure is a funny sounding name. Oncologists are for cancer, so maybe they can come up with another name for epilepsy that works better with “ologist”.

Great to hear that your wife is doing well.
