So a coworker asked me to handle a vendor we’ve been having some issues with. When he asked me today how it went I mentioned that they got everything done we hired them for, but they dragged their ass, and didn’t do a terribly good job.
When I told him that I said: “You know, he was the 99%”
It was a hit. We’ve started using “You’re the 1%” in stead of “Good job” when we see somebody accomplish something.
