So I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Felt crappy and grouchy, so I flipped on the TV/Computer in the bedroom and did what any good man would do.
Go to Youtube and search for “Ducks”.
I found this vid:
The resulting dialog went like this:
Me: SQUEEEEE!!! ALL THE DUCKS!!!!!!!!
Mrs. Weer’d: OMG they are SO LOUD! That would drive me crazy if I had to listen to that all day long!
Me: ITS THE SOUND OF HAPPINESS!!!!!
Man, that’s a lot of ducks. I thought for a minute there it was an endless loop of ducks crossing the road.
If I die, and I see that many ducks, I know two things:
A) I was wrong about the afterlife and
B) I got a new High Score on the game!
My 10 month old knows three words:
Mama
Dadda
Duck!
I keep thinking about you every time he does it.
