He gets called on the carpet for his claim of accountability on the economy he made when he was first elected. His answer? Well he needs just a little more time.

This is why I fear Obama less than Romney as President. He’s a staller. He’s a guy who votes “Present”, he’s a guy who goes on vacations. He’s a guy who can’t be be bothered to draft budgets, or propose legislation.

Romney is a guy who passes bills, and gets things done. Do we really want that?

The problem is, Obama knows too many people who ARE do-ers. His appointments to the SCOTUS, the justice dept, pentagon, BATF, EPA, DHS, have all SUCKED. They are pushing the progressive agenda, and embracing the hate of America. We don’t have 4 years. R-money isn’t a better choice, but swapping in a new administration is better than letting the current one destroy 200 years of work.

And doesn’t the idea of Supreme Court Justice Eric Holder just make your skin crawl? Because i know Teh Light Bringer thinks its a grand idea.

    • Weerd Beard says:

Oh, Eric Holder as a Justice DOES make my skin crawl. Also with all his fingerprints on Fast and Furious, He’ll be lucky to stay out of Federal Prison, let alone get a Confirmation from the Legislature.

Further a Nomination might get the people who are currently ignoring Fast and Furious to start paying attention.

If I was Holder, and Barry asked if I’d accept a Nom, I’d ask him to just let me retire as a free man.

But then again, they aren’t like the rest of us.

I’ll have to second Spike’s concerns. Obama likes to reign, rather than rule. And he’s got flunkies to do all the hard work for him.

Sure it takes alot of the juice the presidency brings off the table (but not all as Obama’s men can still claim to be doing the “king’s work”), but Obama’s largly letting the system work for him.

Say the EPA drafts another insane rule. To stop it requires legislative effort, and that Obama can veto. To enforce it, Obama doesn’t have to do anything.

Granted that doesn’t mean Romney would be much better (if not actually worse), as he’d have his boatload of underlings too. And would be more competent and organized. Though the people under his underlings that are lifetime bureaucrats would rankle at working for a “conservative”.

And thus that’s why “bipartisan” “common sense” rules so often.
