An accused 21-year-old drunken driver has been charged in connection with a crash involving a horse-drawn carriage in Galveston, Texas, that has left one person dead and four others injured.

He had allegedly tried to flee the scene after the accident, but a cab driver held him down until police arrived.
This is exactly how gun laws work too. Drunk driving is illegal. Smashing into stuff with your car is illegal. Killing and injuring people is illegal. Fleeing the scene of an accident is illegal, more so with personal injury! None of this stopped this jerk. Hopefully it WILL put him away for some time.
