“Gun Death” Public Healthcare

It kills!

A father whose baby son died after being born in a hospital waiting room has told Sky News he believes his son might have survived if he had been given better care.

Steven Yorke and his partner Sara Proud went to Leicester Royal Infirmary on Sunday night when Sara realised she was in labour.

When they arrived they were told to wait in a side room with other expectant parents.

But 80 minutes later baby Kyle was born while Mr Yorke was trying to find help.

When two midwives did come to assist, the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby’s neck.

Kyle was quickly delivered and rushed off in the hope of being revived, but those attempts were unsuccessful.

I’d say he has a case. The cord wrapped around the neck is a fairly common birth complication and the pros are trained to look for it, but a layperson has their hands full just dealing with the situation where they are IN a HOSPITAL but nobody will help!

Scary, and we’ve seen it before!

Hey, but like gun control (which doesn’t stop bad people from getting guns and leads to more “Gun Death”) “Progressives” want more public healthcare. So this death is best ignored, as it is an inconvenient truth.

See i wouldnt sue because i would have already burned the place down. This story might be hitting me alittle hard because my nephew just had his first 2 days ago. The cord started to wrap around her neck and they had to cut her out but thankfully both are juat fine.

Heck, I’m a medic – with the training to deal with that exact situation in the field – and that’s one of my nightmare scenarios. I expect it would involve the phrase “F#@k! Drive faster!” I can’t imagine being an untrained father trying to deal with it in the hospital and not getting any help.
