For You Google Reader Types

I don’t use RSS readers. I probably should, but overall I just randomly wander the net when I want something to read, and I never find time to read it all anyway.

Still somebody read one of my recent posts from this RSS reader.

If you’re an RSS user and want something to replace the old Google Reader give it a try and leave me a comment on what you think of it.

  1. I just gave it a try. I guess it’s OK.

I’ve been using Reeder which is an interface for Google Reader. I was hoping to find something that replicated that and TheOldReader just doesn’t do it. It could also be that I’m just not that tech-savvy about these things.

I’m kinda like you. I stumble across stuff and go from there.

I tried TheOldReader, felt pretty slow for me.

I’ve since switched back to Feedly. Originally I had moved from them to Google reader because of an update I didn’t like, but they now have a title only view that looks more similar to Google’s clean look and not that ‘magazine’ crap. I like that view since it makes skimming articles quick and I can filter out what doesn’t interest me.

That was me!!!! I used The Old Reader!!! 🙂

  4. I like Tiny Tiny Reader. If you want to give it a try let me know. I’ve got a site set up and am allowing friends to join in it’s use.
