FPS Games are Good for Gun Culture

Now I won’t nit-pick all the little factual errors and newbie mistakes on the range. I’ll just share the video:

A professional video gamer who spends a lot of time shooting stuff in cyber space decides to up his game to meat space.

There’s a lot of difference between games and real life, but that difference is shrinking. One thing that doesn’t translate is trigger control.

Still people who get into these realistic shooters are naturally inclined to try the real thing. Trying the real thing gets you more into the technical details of them. Knowing more about the technical details means you’re less likely to succumb to the lies of those who want to ban them.

I’m happy!
