“Gun Death” Quebec Terrorist

It’s getting under shadowed by the shooting on Ontario (even in Canada one dead by gunfire is considered greater than other deaths) is the terrorist attack in Quebec:

**TERRORIST**, 25, was fatally shot on Monday after hitting two soldiers in a parking lot of a commercial plaza in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, a city about 40 kilometres southeast of Montreal.

One of the soldiers, Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent, 53, died of his injuries Monday evening. Police said the other soldier doesn’t have life-threatening injuries.

The case highlights the problem for officials who stop citizens from leaving Canada because of terrorism fears: those persons remain in Canada, perhaps with the intention of causing harm to others.

I have no idea what they had on him, maybe have just been trivial crap, maybe have been something they should have locked him up. Still either way this terrorist isn’t getting nearly the play as the OTHER Canadian terrorist because rather than running down the one soldier, rather than shooting him what is a mundane deer rifle.

Sorry, BOTH attacks are severe and deserve noting.

One Response to “Gun Death” Quebec Terrorist

  1. Archer says:

The question I have – besides the obvious “How are the live soldier and the dead soldier’s family doing?” – is whether or not the terrorist will be counted among the “victims of gun violence”.

Also, to the antis this is TOTALLY not a Defensive Gun Use. The attacker had a car, not a gun, and since we all know cars aren’t designed to kill people, this COULDN’T have been lawful self-defense. Therefore, it was MURDER!
