Images of the Antis: Is That Another One?

Seriously, another one?

Its obviously a photoshop as there is no recoil or blast from the forcing cone, but that’s pure gun geekery. Hell I’d been shooting for YEARS before I tried that silly finger-on-the-front-of-the-trigger guard grip on a revolver. Thankfully it was with a S&W Model 17 .22 so the only result was an “Ouch” and a powder stain on my left index finger.

Still through that fake smoke it sure looks like that’s a fully-loaded .44 Magnum cartridge coming out of that S&W629.

The people who want to ban you guns don’t even know how guns work!

Hey, but they’re for “Common Sense” laws! I mean you can write a “Common Sense” law without any common sense, right?

It’s one of those guns that discharges without the need to pull the trigger, I see.

Another good point, for that image to work the trigger would need to be fully depressed….also the hammer would be resting on the firing pin, not the hammer-block safety as it is in the photo.

Again, this is deep g33kery, but even an idiot should know that the gun only launches the bullet while the casing is either ejected or in the case of a revolver retained.

I’ve seen video games where the revolver ejects the spent shells as the round is fired too….

Someone made the same mistake they did last time. They show a full cartridge coming out of a barrel, again. Except, since the previous poster was ridiculed and mocked, they added the photoshop smoke to obscure the cartridge rim. This way, the poster goes out on schedule.

My bet is that we will see one more of these posters with a complete cartridge before they get it right.

In all fairness, I really WOULD like to take their children… out to the range, to teach them safety and responsibility, and how to have a really, really good time, as well (since they obviously won’t do it.)
