Just Made One of These

It’s called “The Big Chief”

She uses Amaro Averna which I don’t have, but I recently bought a bottle of Amaro Montenegro, and while I have no idea if the two Amaros are comparable, I suspected it would work.

So here’s what’s in my glass.

2oz Wild Turkey Bourbon
0.5oz Red Vermouth
0.5oz Amaro Montenegro
A few dashes of Orange Bitters.

No idea if my drink tastes like hers, but mine is very good!
