That there is a Peppertini, using my Pepper Vodka with a splash of dry vermouth, a splash of olive brine and some blue cheese stuffed olives.
Not only is it martini of savory-goodness, but the heat of the black pepper, with its vegital overtones makes it very refreshing!

Pepper vodka better than jalapeño stuffed olives for heat?
Different. First up its black pepper so different heat than the chilli kind. Second Jalapeno olives will give you bursts of intense heat while this is fiery to the last drop.

Make your own, super easy. Neutral vodka + about two generous tablespoons of whole black pepper corns and give it about three full days to infuse then strain.
