Thought I’d share this with Y’all
That’s a Pill case. As you can see its an EMPTY pill case. Its an EMPTY pill case that belongs to Mrs. Weer’d. An EMPTY pill case that belongs to Mrs. Weer’d that we will NOT be refilling.
Guess getting a little off the top does a body good! Kinda surreal, as I’ve been living with her as an uncontrolled epileptic for so long, it feels weird for it to be over.
To celebrate? Fresca! Why Fresca? Well for whatever reason Grapefruit has an interaction with her drug. She’s been wanting a Fresca for over a decade now. Funny how the little things work!
Awesome!!!!!!!
Fantastic! I’ll tip a Fresca to celebrate Mrs. Weer’d health!
(In some universe “Fresca” is “Guinness”. Like this universe, for example.)
Yay!
Linked to you! Joining in the celebration. (I’ve seen my brain, too!)
Got Pix?
I wish I did. (insert blank image jokes here)
LOL! 😀
Dunno when you had them done, but you can request copies. The image above was simply pulled off a DVD with built-in viewing software. VERY cool stuff.
more and more hospitals are going digital for imaging. my former employer only gives films if they’re specifically requested – films cost more to make and degrade faster than digital media.
it’s amazing how the tech is nowadays. 😀
also, WOO HOO and CONGA-RATS!
We have a few old Films kicking around too. The digital images are MUCH easier to deal with in every aspect.
That is fantastic!
That’s fantastic! Congratulations!
Congrats to both of you!
That is just super news! I HATE Fresca, but I’ll even drink one in her honor! Tell her congrats and best wishes for me!
How can you hate Fresca….you must be doing something wrong!
Its good when you mix it with vodka.
Made. Of. Win. Congratulations!
I must admit it got a little dusty here for a second…that is outstanding news. When we spoke in Pittsburgh and you said she was doing great, I had no idea she was doing that great! Congrats to the both of you!
W/V = “PWN5” – yeah, I think that’s appropriate…
FYI I mentioned when I got home that several people had shaken my hand, introduced themselves and then asked how she was doing. She was really touched by how caring total strangers can be.
I’m pretty touched by it myself! Dusty indeed! 🙂
Thanks!
That is AWESOME!!!
Good for the MISSUS and yerself!!
Now as long as you are not off your meds…..
😉
Thanks for all the support everyone! It’s been a long road to get here, but worth every minute to be seizure free. One of these days I’ll even start driving again (If you’re local, you might want to watch out…it’s been a long, long time since I’ve done anything more than backseat driving!).
After driving in Boston I don’t think they need to watch out for you but the other crazy drivers. When you head to North Carolina I can take you on some isolated country roads to help you brush up on your skills. Miss You and Love You. ( I guess I love Mr. as well).
🙂 A little lost for words, but definitely 🙂
Wunderbar!
Congratulations, man.
That’s great news!
congrats to you and the Mrs. Weerd!!
Congrats, that is great news..
Late to the party, but CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!11111
And you know, weird ol’ Uncle Jay is always available for babysitting… 😉
Got a bit before such activities are green-lit by the doctors, but this is a BIG step in that direction.
Thanks Jay!
