Ah, the age of innocence. Even going to a school in the ’60’s where you were required to actually learn (at the threat of a nuns wrath), I can remember school assemblies being held in honor of a Duncan rep. That was my first introduction to shock and awe.
It’s no wonder that I became a fan of Rufus Thomas.
Just think about it, if you’re a guy you can impress a gal by talking about the physics of how your “Yo-Yo” works.
