A 6-year-old boy whose throat was slashed by an intruder high on PCP-laced marijuana was killed trying to save his sister, coming to her aid as she was being assaulted on the floor, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Osvaldo Rivera, who is charged in Sunday’s middle-of-the-night attack, sobbed during an appearance Tuesday in court in which bail was set at $5 million.
They say the assault on the girl was sexual in nature as well. So we have a sexual assault, illegal drug use, and a murdered child. BTW in Camden New Jersey which has some of the nation’s highest “Gun Death” as well as gun laws.
Still this case, there were no guns. There were no gun deaths….there is no concern from the anti-rights people.

And the Anti-gunners would say, “He should have given the intruder what he wanted.” Never mind that what the intruder wanted was to rape and murder his sister.
It’s sad when a 6 year old has more balls than the entire anti-gun movement.
Or they anti gun rights fanatics would say, ‘Thank God the intruder didn’t have a gun (which he could have gotten so easily because of our lax gun laws)! Otherwise he might have gone on a rampage and killed multiple people!”
That’s because to the anti gun fanatics, killing a 6 year old with a knife isn’t so bad, really, when you think about it. Or a Mom decapitating her 2 year old with a knife, while high on PCP, in NJ. Shooting someone is much, much worse. And knives have useful properties, too, like cutting up vegetables. And meat. So, you can’t blame that inanimate object.
