I’ve talked a lot about Massachusetts stupid “May Issue” laws. BTW read this story just to show how stupid they can be.
Handcuffed to his hospital bed, Pedro J. DeSousa was arraigned Monday on charges that he cut his girlfriend’s throat and killed her after they fought at his home Sunday morning, prosecutors said Monday….The arraignment was held in DeSousa’s room at St. Luke’s Hospital. DeSousa injured his back jumping from a second-floor window of his home Sunday in an effort to elude police, officials said.
BTW what “Assault Weapon” was used? A Box Cutter! Also the victim also had severe head trauma.
Again, its not the tool, its the people, and dangerous people are still dangerous no matter WHAT items are restricted from them.
