Fast Action By a Brave Teacher

Also more Irony to the New York “SAFE” act:

Authorities say quick actions by a teacher averted a potential shooting at a northern New York high school where a 15-year-old student had a rifle concealed in a case wrapped in a blanket…Deputies say the teen sneaked the weapon into school and began opening the case containing the rifle at the end of a class. Officials say a teacher noticed and immediately secured the weapon.

Police were called as the school went into lockdown. The student was taken into custody. Police say he hasn’t been charged yet.

Good work! When you see somebody pulling a gun in public you can assume you’re already dead, so act accordingly. This is the same type of action that saved many lives in the Arizona Mall shooting. People jumped on the shooter and stopped him in his tracks.

Good work!

One Response to Fast Action By a Brave Teacher

  1. WallPhone says:

Funny how the “official” tatics for the public are “run, hide, fight” or “avoid, deny, defend” when performing these in opposite order results in better overall outcomes.

However, the individual reversing those tatics does at their own peril.
