We often talk about waiting periods so people don’t do something rash in the heat of the moment.

Well we need to have waiting periods before people can buy knives. That certainly would have stopped this!

And, on the flip side, women who really need the appropriate tools to defend themselves from abusive ex’s are left stalled in the hell of “waiting periods” in certain states, forced to be defenseless victims against their will…
