Not that I disagree with you, we all have the right to defend ourselves from violent attack. However, even in a clear cut case of self defence the media would have a field day blaming the tea party member. The dead goon would attain martyr status amongst the brainless masses of the Occupy (but I repeat myself). Cries of “Why did a Tea-Bagger bring a GUN to a PEACABLE PROTEST. Those Tea-Baggers are so violent!” Along with a new round of calls for restrictions on rights and more memos from our (so called) justice department telling law enforcement across the nation to ignore actual terrorist threats and to concentrate on the “tea party terrorists”.
