   I will have to start following this group. It sounds like they’re right up there with SCCC as far as adult students’ individual rights.

   I am using their Free Speech on Campus guide for my freshmen orientation class this fall. Very much a standup group.

   Found out about these guys from Popehat. They will give their guides free to students, and my students are getting free textbooks this semester.

   Everyone should contribute to this group.

   My classes are free speech zones. As long as we’re staying relevant to the material of the class (and I stray off myself. . .), my students are allowed to state their opinions. If I’m not smart enough to roll with it, and if I’m not open enough to listen to a new or different way of seeing things, I don’t have any right to call myself a teacher.
