Just found this video and I’m filled with lust!
The site is here (can’t seem to find it on sale yet) And frankly I’d honestly prefer a Dedicated multi-tool rather than a knife with a wrench on it, plus an advantage of a knife with the wrench seems to be a big advantage if I need to tear-down my gun in the feild or at the range….but I have installed standard spring plugs and guide rods on both my 1911s, and have zero desire to own a full-length guide rod gun where a bushing wrench becomes a field-strip necessity.
Still its a nice looking knife that comes with a little 1911 fanboy flare….kinda like this one.

Ah, for frak’s sake… I had stumbled across the weblog by way of Patrick, but had not managed to dig up his production webpage yet.

My wallet is not pleased.
Meh. Exposed blade edge when it’s folded (through the wrench-hole) makes it a no-go for me (even if I actually had a 1911 to use it on). That hole looks big enough to accidentally get a finger into it and get cut, and anything kept in the same pocket can get in to damage the edge.
When it’s folded, the handle is supposed to protect the blade from foreign objects and protect foreign objects (including you) from the blade. Big holes in the handle that leave the blade exposed defeat that purpose.
