When I was in elementary school, my mother woke one morning and saw my high-school brother passed out on the couch. When she went to cover him, she noticed that not only was it not my brother, but a complete stranger.
Gun control: The theory that my mother was completely out of line for waking a poor traveller by yelling at him with the barrel of her Smith and Wesson trained at his head.
Common Sense: The bastard is lucky he didn’t get shot by a mother protecting her young children.
With reference to father issues and time machines: My dad is the reason I carry a 40 S&W. He trained me on one. Hell, he has even given me holsters.
