So Wyoming becomes the 4th state with Permitless conceal carry

Discussion over at Uncle’s points that it appears to cover residents only. Still I like where this is going.

    I’m really not hopeful for Colorado’s–our governor is a Democrat, and was the mayor of Denver to boot…
