At work. Network is still down, phones are still messed up, and we still have a bunch of critical equipment that’s down.

For me, I can’t run any of my equipment until the air handlers are running again.
55 degrees this morning on the way to 75 degrees.
Clear blue skies, low pollen count and air pollution is down.
As good of weather as we had in San Diego without the restrictive laws and worse drivers — sure you don’t want to move down here?

Thank G-d JayG is still on the job. I might have to go read about shoulder thingy’s and assault clips and how these things are going to cause us to return to the Wild West with blood in the streets and shoot-outs over parking spaces.
Yeah well we have power both at home and at work (Can’t say that for all my co-workers) just some critical unit of our ISP somewhere is without power, so no interwebz. Same with phones. (We have some backup copper lines for urgent calls and data transmission, but in those areas the building is on its knees)
And we have a new part coming in tomorrow so hopefully the air handler in my lab will be fixed so I can start running my equipment without turning the other labs into a sauna.
LAME!
Ugh.
Seriously, I hope they can get your world back on line soon. It’s funny how much we take that little light switch for granted.
