A Cambridge woman is facing an assault and battery charge after her 62-year-old father was found dead in the apartment they shared.
Police say 29-year-old Gylene Verna had an argument with Guy Verna in their Elm Street home on Sunday afternoon over her 7-year-old son. Police say she squeezed her father’s neck after he struck her. Guy Verna collapsed and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Good thing nobody had a gun!
