Interesting Point

This is a REALLY great video!

Well first you’re watching the video on the internet so that has some value right there. Second thought came to the blog, and the circle of friends who have come from it.

I couldn’t put a price on it. Could you?

A million dollars isn’t what it used to be. After taxes you’ll be left with about half that and if invested (hah!) will earn you about $5000 a year if you’re lucky.

I wouldn’t be willing to PAY $5000 a year for the Internet because I can get it so much cheaper but I certainly wouldn’t give up the Internet for $5000 a year.

Curse those evil rich people! Sinking money to pay off R&D costs on new products and giving those evil corporations time to lower the production costs on the products. And for what? To cut the price as part of a nefarious scheme to make money off poor people!

Funny how such price reduction resulting in profitability methods don’t work for some areas that the government just happens to need to step into.

While goods get cheaper, human labor in the US has skyrocketed, which is why skilled service intensive industries (like medicine, law, education and even construction) are going up in cost. That’s also why a lot of mfg is continuing to automate or leave.

And the whole “They can’t force you to buy their products so they have to make them into something you want.”

But what if they can force you? Helloooo mandates!

Yep, Like banning those incandescent light bulbs that everybody uses.

We all use them for a reason! They’re cheap, they’re easy to change, and buy. They throw out good light, and work well in all temperatures. And when you break them you don’t get enough mercury to turn your dick into a thermometer!
