Wait a second… wait a second… I thought if we just gave the criminals what they wanted they’d leave us alone?! At least, that’s what I gathered from the Brady Bunch.
Personally I believe it needs more DRT for the bad guys but its Mass where guns are icky.
This is also why I have strike plates on my doors (which are steel)- so I can finish drinking my tea before grabbing the AR.

My house is almost as old as the M1911 (and older than the M1911A1!) so Solid-core hardwood doors with Wall studs and joists secured with deadbolts make getting in by door-kicking a difficult situation. Then again widows are made of Glass….
