Hope you enjoy it. I’ve really liked mine. Just be careful with some surplus ammo, the chamber is tighter than a 1911 and some 45 cartridges are too wide to head space properly.
I found the latest batch of Tula would do that all the time.
What kind of sights did it come with?
Just the plane-Jane Bar-and-dot sights.
I’ll mostly be running handloads and good hollow points through this.
Certainly when I buy ammo I only buy stuff I can reload.
That’s good. If you do have a headspace fault you’ll know because the slide will lock-up with it being stuck in the chamber.
Mine has the night sights. Which I like, though I like more for the three dot config. I never liked the bar and dot.

Most awesome. May I also recommend a set of A-Grips for it? It was (they were) on my PM9 when I got it, and it is/they are some of the nicest grip(s) material I’ve ever used.
The first Kahr I ever shot was a P40 with A-Grips on it. It is nice stuff, but so far I’ve found the stock grips to be a perfect balance of aggressive texture and comfort. Of course the snappy .40 from the P40 might turn your hands into hamburger. I put 200 rounds through this gun in a single sitting with no ill effects. I think I’ll just leave it stock.

I look forward to hearing more about this one. A buddy and I bought P45s when they first came out, and neither of us could get them to work reliably with factory 230 ball. Mine went back to Kahr multiple times and eventually went down the road at a considerable loss. I’d buy another if they worked.

I’ll have a full review up soon, but I’ll just say this gun has digested over 450 rounds with nary a hiccup except for some messed-up handloads that would choke any gun
I’ve seen all the rounds this gun has fired since it was pulled from the shrink wrap and I have come to the conclusion that the Kahr 200 round break-in is just insurance from Kahr.
I’ll also note that everybody I know who rushed out to buy such-and-such car the first model year they were offered have always been unhappy with them. The first gen people are always the beta testers.
