The wife just called, something came up and her Epileptologist had to cancel all appointments, this means Mrs. Weer’ds next appointment (which will discuss medication reduction ) is in June.
She’s not taking it well, and frankly neither am I. We possibly could have at least two reductions in this time-scale, making this a non-trivial setback in what we’ve been waiting for.
Bah, I’m quite unimpressed by this week.
I was worried at first that you were saying that YOU needed to drop all appointments and had to head to the Dr.
I like the “inconvenience” version better than the one I read the first time!
Sorry man, I hate to hear that. But, like bluesun said, at least its an inconvenience and not something much worse. That doesn’t really make it any easier to swallow. Between that and “old tetanus” getting snowed on it has been a crap week for you. Hopefully it all turns around for you soon.
There are a few other things going on that are equally lame…and equally trivial in the cosmic sense of it.
They also were calling for another 2″ of snow last night, but I should be happy that I didn’t see hide nor hair of that wretched shit.
Can she be put on a cancellation list? So that if another patient cancels, she’ll be called first? Maybe then you won’t have to wait quite so long. ‘Cause June really is a long ways away. 🙁
She’s on one. Hopefully this will shape-up sooner than we expect.
