We have registration of all guns sold in this state (both public and private sales) and it has solved ZERO crimes.
But again, if these people cared about stopping crime they’d have done something useful, anti-gun people JUST want to ban guns.
Will that apply to ammo purchased online?
Those stamps are imprinted by the gun onto ammo. So you buy the gun and it’ll have the stamp on the chamber and firing pin.
No word on what happens to the millions of guns in Massachusetts right now with unaltered internals…nor if Skeezer the Stick-up artist runs a file across the treated surfaces.
