I prefer a pump-action shotgun for shooting, and I find that I’m just as fast on the target and engaging multiples as I am with a semi-auto. The same can be done with a bolt-action

Having grown up shooting bolt guns I can really appreciate his skill, not only the speed of the bolt being worked (which is impressive), but his ability to pick up the next target. Boar are fast, as we know, and to hit multiple animals with traversing shots is exhilerating to watch. I like the extended mag and his reason for it.
Best I was able to do against boar, in the southeast US, was two of them. The first one hit in the herd was standing still and the second was running away from me at high speed, with my trusty Swede Mauser. The bolt on the Swede is not as slick as the Sauer so follow up shots are not as fast, but it did ok on that day.
I bet this guy throws awesome barbeques.
