I got ya. Like when people ask “How are you?” when they really don’t care, and certainly don’t expect an honest answer…..but with far more harmful side-effects when the facade is dropped.

Ironically enough, one of the good folks who was and is always there for us is our neighbor, who is a retired cop, and who has two miniature horses.
That is ironic! How are the horses as pets? I’m one of those guys who don’t understand the appeal of full-size horses. Horses you can’t ride really baffle me.
Yeah when shit gets ugly you find who your real friends are. I hope you find that list to be ample.
