I’m tickled the guy didn’t dump the bike…and that they moved the snake off the road.
Also watching the video it was an ETERNITY for him to slow the bike down to a stop. I imagine for him the temptation to lock up the brakes (and fly over the front fork) must have been great.
yeah when one of the guys started stomping I first thought he was crushing the snake…but I realized he was just stomping the pavement to scare him away from harm. great video!
at the speed he hit when he noticed the snake, yeah, i can imagine he was wrestling with dumping and slowing down gradually. the lack of gear probably lent itself to the choice he made. dumping at even half that speed without at least a jacket = owieowieowie.
