This is just like how gun control is about control.

Also notice these gutless weasels talk on how bad Cigaretts, Trans Fats, Alcohol, gambling, sugar, fried food, et al is….but they don’t seem too willing to actually BAN these things like they do, I dunno, Marijuana or Cocaine.

I can just see the BATFE busting down someone’s door for buying sugar beets at a farmer’s market. And Hawaii will get special treatment, since sugar cane grows like a weed there.
You just know ‘sugar’ will be defined as broadly as possible to include any carbohydrates so that the bulk of anything we eat is taxed.
Seems to me the sugar tax didn’t per-zaktly work so well last time it was tried.

I have also been talking to people about this for months. It worries me. When people start banning things… makes me un easy about what will be next. I like my freedom of stupid choices. My body my fat cells, my lung tissue, my heart. I know what to eat, what not to do… big brother is a meddling little B.
