Why would ANYBODY NEED a Baseball Bat?
A 24-year-old Willoughby man beat a 23-year-old woman with a baseball bat at his mother’s home, police said.
Thomas Barker is charged with aggravated robbery, felonious assault and tampering with evidence. He’s being held on a $100,000 bond…The victim said Barker began assaulting her without provocation, Lt. Tom Trem said. “The assault continued outside until a good Samaritan stopped and offered assistance to the victim.”
The passerby drove the victim to the hospital. She was flown to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, where she is in stable condition.
Could have been murder if re-enforcement hadn’t shown up! All of this with what is essentially a children’s toy. Hey but guns cause crime, right?
