San Francisco prosecutors said they would file felony vehicular manslaughter charges against a bicyclist who allegedly hit and killed a pedestrian, in a case that has become a flash point for debate over bicyclists’ rights in the city.
But biking around, especially in a hilly city like San Francisco is the modern “Progressive” version of the hair shirt, they can’t have this sacred relic held to the same dirty standards as guns and “Gun Death”.
But why not?

A little while back a jogger was killed in a Dallas park as she tried to turn around on the trail. Hit by a cyclist.
Of course “bikes have other uses then just killing people” so no comparison is valid.
