Here’s a horrible story, but it teaches a lot of lessons about the fallacy of those who use the metric of “Gun Death”. Of course they imply that if we manage to ban guns, we can effectively ban death. The bigger issue is that somehow regulation can alter human behavior of the inhumanly depraved. So have a read.
A registered sex offender confessed to killing his mother, stepfather and girlfriend at their Mississippi home before he climbed a cellphone tower and plunged more than 300 feet to his death, according to police…A registered sex offender confessed to killing his mother, stepfather and girlfriend at their Mississippi home before he climbed a cellphone tower and plunged more than 300 feet to his death, according to police.
So we have a sex offender and ex-con, some of the most heavily restricted people in America, killing his family with a hammer…one of the least restricted items in America. Then climbs a cell phone tower, which is likely fenced off, posted with “No Trespassing” signs, and of course is private property.
Show me a law that would have stopped this.
Also show me a reason why these deaths are less relevant than the “Gun Deaths” That the anti-freedom goons crow about.
