A German sports official died Monday a day after being struck in the throat by a javelin.
The 74-year-old man was officiating at a youth meet in the western city of Duesseldorf when the incident happened late Sunday, police spokesman Andre Hartwig said.
The Javelin is a military weapon! One that caused much death and destruction against the German people at the hands of the Roman army! WHY ARE CHILDREN WIELDING THESE WEAPONS OF WAR!!!!!
Why are we giving our children military-style weapons! They have no legitimate sporting purpose! I mean that last part too! I find track and field to be a boring sport that I have no interest in, so my opinion is more important than yours!
