“Gun Death” Sick Bastard

Yeah tools are the cause of crime. That’s why “Gun Death” is such an important metric!

A Missouri teenager accused of pouring gasoline on a 13-year-old, setting him on fire and laughing as he burned, has been charged with first-degree assault.

Joseph D. Gardner, 17, of St. Joseph, had bullied the child in the past and threatened to kill him and his family if he told anyone, according to a probable cause statement from the Andrew County Sheriff’s department. On April 15, Gardner threatened to hit the boy in the face if he did not let him set him on fire, the statement said.

The 13-year-old had first- and second-degree burns on his face and right arm, along with burns in his nose and throat “from inhaling the flames,” the statement said.

Guns? This fucking lunatic is dangerous no matter what’s in his hands. If you use the metric of “Gun Death”, I invite you to allow this little angel to sleep on your couch!

Even better: There is no law to prevent him from buying all the gasoline he can afford even five minutes after he gets out of jail (if he even goes to jail at all, rather than getting probation), no law restricting how he can use it (other than the laws against assault/murder/etc. that he’s already broken once), and no law to keep him from walking down a public street with a fully loaded “high-capacity” gas can!

Yet just one ND, with no intent to harm anyone, or even simply holding a gun in your hand at the wrong time, could end up with you losing your Right to possess firearms forever.

First degree assault? Why not attempted murder with a deadly weapon? Fucker needs to get lit up himself. Few worse things to do to someone than burning them. That’s a serious attempt to cause life long pain and disfigurement. Looks pretty young. Maybe the trial will hold off long enough for him to be 18 and get some happy fun times in a real prison.
