Barron Took the latest run of Brady Scorecards and compared it to violent crime rate. The results were the same.
Overall no statistical relevance between gun control and violent crime rates. Still there is a small (possibly insignificant) trend that the states with the least gun control have are the safest.
Still the really great graph is this:

They are losing! Rejoice!
Good work Barron!

Outstanding work
Rejoice, but be cautious.
Rats like the Brady Campaign, CSGV, and so forth will nibble away at your rights over time if you leave them untended, but if you back them into a corner, they will unquestionably get violent and aggressive. I concur with Sean – it is only a matter of time until Ladd or some other unhinged extremist in the anti-rights camp finally loses his last grasp on reality and tries to either provide an “example” of why we “need” more “gun control”, or worse.
I was right–the +1 was California. Alas, Arkansas remains at four, despite our efforts to move that to zero.
California Banned open carry. That’ll open them up for a lawsuit as if you live in the largest counties in the state you have no right to BEAR arms now. Should be a slam dunk, but you know the Cali circuits will claim the US Constitution was “Just Kidding” when it says what it says, so it’ll need to go to the SCOTUS.
