Yeah I think private Space travel is the future, and the Space Shuttle was the Jersey Barrier standing in its way.

I’ve been a Trekkie for a long time, so the idea of a mixture of a government fleet, commercial ships, and private operators makes sense to me. See? I’m not opposed to letting the government try to get it right–ours came up with Voyager, Viking, Galileo, and so forth. Private businesses do need to get out there, though.
