Some interesting stuff. I know if I ever carried a .25 or a .32 (I haven’t) I’d prefer to use ball ammo because these rounds are so small and weak a hollow point opening up will likely stall the round before it reaches vital organs.
Still I thought the .380 might have enough power to expand a hollow point and still penetrate.
Also really cool to see the ball round tumble. Also it looks like the short shield barrel didn’t quite give the bullet enough velocity to effectively open up.

Of course, one must accept that the FBI standards are correct. I trend that way, but there’s good solid debate about it.
