False Flag

I just got thinking. Have you noticed that the people who twist the bible to turn Jesus and Moses into anti-gun Pacifists with strong Socialist tendencies are the same people who don’t think very highly of practicing Christians and Jews? Being Anti-Freedom, I suspect they’re just as hostile to the sections of the 1st Amendment that protect the rights to religion and peaceful assembly, as they are against the right to keep and bear arms.

Further you often hear the nonsense of “Nobody hunts with an AR-15/AK-47” which is untrue…but whenever you hear people say that, how excited are they about the next hunting season? How many deer tags do they have?

They talk about “Respecting the Rights of Sportsmen” (which is bullshit) yet they likely consider the sport of hunting and target shooting to be “backwards” and “Barbaric”.

Not only is your argument invalid, but even if it was, you’d be all for dumb “Common Sense” crap for how people shoot ducks and deer, or poke holes in paper.

The best we’ve seen is POSSIBLY an old-timer with a Winchester 70, or Browning Auto 5 that their Grandfather bought at Sears before the Gun Control Act of ’68, and a box of shells where you can barely read the writing on the old cardboard, who probably hasn’t been out in a deer stand or a duck blind for years because the cold acts up on their arthritis.

The “Fudds” are a dying breed, I have yet to meet a young hunter who doesn’t have at least one gun threatened by the pending bans, and given how many of them are returning service men, a bolt action rifle just feels foreign in their hands while an AR-style rifle fits them like a glove, hence why so many of them are in the field these days.

And frankly I bet 90% of the “I’m a gun owner but…” Fudds aren’t even hunters, but anti-rights activists who have more sympathy for PETA than they do for Duck Dynasty.

Sorry antis, but my guns aren’t for ducks and deer, and the guns the Founding Fathers had weren’t either. Further the guns you’re currently elevating as “Safe” and “Valid” do just about the same things, and since you could care less about hunting, where do you think your sights will align if you ever get your way.

Thankfully we’ll likely never know!

  2. James says:

“Sorry antis, but my guns are [sic] for ducks and deer, and the guns the Founding Fathers had weren’t either.” It is early but this sentence does not seem to be in agreement. I have guns suitable for all purposes.

I occasionally use my FAL for heavy metal class in 3gun and it’s great for both deer and Founding Father’s principles.

Outstanding blog. Keep up the great work.

    • Weerd Beard says:

I 100% agree! (also fixed the typo, thanks), and I have hopes to harvest a deer with my FAL some day.

Still for all the fun and good they’re for, the 2nd Amendment isn’t about ducks and deer, and the 2nd Amendment isn’t about my Mosin Nagant collection.

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed” has nothing to do with any of that noise.

Of course when you respect the letter and the spirit of the Right, well then who cares if youn play gun games, or hunt, or collect, or are one of those people who see flawless gunmetal and just MUST fill it with scrollwork and gold inlay.

All the answers are in the bible. The bible is very clear on being anti-gun and hi-capacity magazines. You can find the gun part right next to the section on how to repair your microwave oven.

Joe Huffman’s “Jews in the Attic Test” come to mind regarding these Antis and how they view the First Amendment.

I’ve yet to get a response from a Fudd when I remind them that the VPC and CSGV think that their scoped hunting rifles are sniper rifles and their shotguns are street sweepers.

You know, Bob (3boxesofbs.com) had a great post a while ago regarding scripture and self-defense.
I don’t have a link to it right now, but if you ask, I know he’s got it.

It’ll blow that juvenile argument right out of the water.

  7. Eck! says:

Funny, I own three guns all purchased before 1978..

My Shotgun a single shot Ithica M66 12ga, is legal for now.
My Marlin 25 in .22WMR have a removable magazine and it holds 7, that will have to fly over NY likely.
My M1 Garand likely not legal in NY, has a [enbloc] clip that holds 8.
Glad I moved out of that state back in 1980!

The gun banners are liars, and those that help them are turned knobs.

I no longer hunt, but when I did, I regularly took down white tail deer with my scoped HK91 using a 5-round magazine. They were clean, one shot kills. We thought a .223 from an AR15 was a bit small for deer hunting, but my friends were/are rather traditional.

    • AZRon says:

I also used my 91 to hunt deer (blacktail). I ony had 20 round magazines, and cut a block of wood to limit the capacity to two rounds. Due to hunting magazine restrictions, I was stopped twice by game wardens. Once I showed them what I had done, I was free to go on about my business.

Both wardens were polite, helpful, and friendly. (It’s probably a good idea to be friendly to a guy sporting an HK91)

I never thought I’d miss the ’80’s, but I do.
