A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the drug-related deaths of two Southlake Carroll High School students….Investigators say Marino supplied drugs to his two friends, but then did not call for help after the teens passed out and became unresponsive early Saturday.
Yep, the war on drugs is working as well as the war on guns!

The Dallas area has a lot of drug problems, lots of kids with nothing to do and pretty decent amounts of money.
When I was a teenager in Plano it had the highest heroine use of any city in the US.
I kinda skipped high school and went to community college instead, still saw my share of drugs and alcohol abuse, but from what I heard it wasn’t as bad as Plano Senior.
