In NYC its a lot of work to get a gun, but it isn’t much work to step out onto the balcony! This is a victory in “Gun Death” by Mayor Bloomberg, and he should anoint his loafer with the “Success” spread on the sidewalk from this!

This happened several times while I lived in NYC. My wife actually heard one and saw the body parts on the side walk, as we both worked around the Empire State Bldg and she was on her lunch break. Glad she didn’t get hit by the falling arm.
