It’s ok with revolvers.
But, I had to point this out to a new shooter once. She had her thumb just like in the video.
Michelle Malkin mentions that the first time she shot a semi-auto pistol she crossed her thumbs and drew blood!
Just like shouldering a full-power rifle and not tucking it properly into your shoulder pocket, you learn not to do that again VERY quickly.
Also, my baloney has a first name its G-L-O-C-K…
