“Gun Death” Bike Crash

Not a Motorcycle, but a bicycle:

An off-duty Park Police officer died Saturday afternoon in a bicycle accident on the Northeast Side.

San Antonio Police Department spokesman Officer Douglas Greene said the park officer, who was in his 60s, was doing some recreational biking near the Jack White Trailhead, in the 3800 block of Seguin Road, when he struck a tree between noon and 2 p.m.

“He was riding around a curve and appears to have lost control of his bike,” Greene said.

Also the departed was a police officer, who are “more highly trained” than the mere mortal. Obviously we should ban bikes, as you can exercise in a more safe stationary bike, and commute fully enclosed in a car with airbags!

Of course, not a “Gun Death” so no speculation on items to be banned will be made.
