They finally got her with DNA Evidence:
A woman arrested last year in Georgia for a 1987 Ohio stabbing has pleaded guilty to a murder charge and been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
…The Columbus Dispatch reports at the time of the murder, police said the suspect was a woman who knocked on Florence’s door, claiming she was soliciting money for a charity benefiting the elderly.
Glad they got her, too bad it took so long, but it sounds really brutal. Criminal knocks on the door with a solicitation, then stabs them and takes their stuff.
Not a “Gun Death”, but frankly I carry a gun when a stranger knocks on my door. Can you say this story would have ended worse if that was the case?
