This one is pretty laughable:
First up, the general chatter was about gun bans and confiscation. Obama pushed gun bans in 2013, as well as “Universal Background Checks” that really only could lead to a much easier registration, and lawful gun owners doing benign sale of their lawfully held property to other lawful citizens being charged with federal felonies.
Also while it hasn’t happened on the Federal level there have been door-to-door confiscation.
It is true that gun makers (as well as ammo makers) have been doing VERY well in the last five years, but how does this make suckers? These people have valuable guns, as well as carry permits.
I haven’t bought many guns in the last 5 years, as my collection is very well populated. You see the target of this image is showing the big fear of anti-freedom “Progressives”. You see, gun ownership is fun, rewarding, and this new high gun ownership rate has resulted in lower crime in the entire country.
I can’t say that gun ownership has caused the drop for sure, but for sure I can say that gun ownership does NOT lead to higher crime, as is frequently touted as reasons for MORE gun control. This ownership also coincides with a massive spike in people not only keeping guns, but bearing them. Concealed and open carry has NOT lead to more crime, and it can be argued is making us safer.
Safer streets, more freedom, and fun and rewarding hobbies.
Meanwhile look at the fruitless years gun control has had, look at the wasted time. Hell just watch an interview with gun control advocates, do they look happy?

For people so opposed to the private ownership of firearms, they sure seem to sell a whole lot of guns.”
Yeah! I mean it’s not like the President himself demanded a ban on the most popular rifle in the nation and the most common magazines in the country. Or that he endorsed it when some states actually passed said bans.
I gotta love the idea that “Because the president wasn’t able to accomplish what he publicly stated he wanted to accomplish, it’s paranoid to think he wanted to accomplish it in the first place.”
Maybe, just maybe they could have gotten away with this first term (we’d have to point to his pre-presidential record- and perhaps he changed his mind). But now? Come on. Rather than taking the phrase to mean Obama is going after run rights, they insist on a strict literal interpretation where Obama had to personally seize guns from homes in order for it to be met.
So I guess the cry of liberal women to “stay out of my vagina” really meant “go ahead and ban contraception and abortion- just don’t penetrate my vagina”. (Though ironically they DO want government mixed up in their reproductive business because they want the government to buy them their birth control)
But yeah, we’re the suckers, because after all is said and done we have no change in federal laws and net gains in state gun laws, and a whole lot more guns and gun owners particularly the evil ones that they want banned. Oh, I feel so used…
