Victoria Wilcher, 3, was reportedly told to leave a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Jackson, Miss., because her facial scars supposedly scared customers.
Wilcher’s face was mauled by three dogs.

KFC launched an investigation as soon as we were made aware of this report. We take this very seriously, as we have zero tolerance for any kind of hurtful or disrespectful actions toward our guests.
Now a poor girl horribly disfigured is indeed different than attention whores playing Military Larp with their tricked-out rifles at Chipotle. Still despite my feelings about the ongoing Texas open carry fiasco, I will note that the open carriers have hurt exactly the same number of people as this girl.
Think about that.
… and now KFC is giving the family $30,ooo because someone hurt their feeeeeeeelings.
The situation is fucked up for the kid. The people being assholes were being (wait for it) ASSHOLES. The manager or staff that booted the kid & her family probably could use some wall-to-wall therapy.
This is a “give them a nice day at Magic Mountain” kinda trauma … not annual income replacement level shit.
